The other reviewers of this product said they felt a tingling sensation or cooling sensation. I didn't really feel this, but my face did feel smoother. I felt like this product did make my skin look healthier, it didn't have that tight feeling like it needed to have moisturizer put on. I let my 16 year old try this too and she did feel that tingling and said she loved the product and how it made her skin feel.
