I have to first say I have naturally curly hair and it normally takes forever to straighten, this was not the case with this straightener. It doesn't pull your hair and it is really quick. My daughter has very thick hair and commented that she didn't have to section it before straightening which saved her a lot of time getting ready for school. Even though it was quick to use it was not so hot that it burned, it seemed very gentle, I have thin hair and it was good. I really liked that I can lock it to store it. This is such a great product!
