#GrilMat

This comes with 4 different grill mats, one for the oven and three for the grill, one mesh and two regular. I was unsure about using them on the grill for fear the would burn when they came in contact with the fire, it didn't. I used one of the regular grill mats and grilled pork chops and asparagus. The pork chops were juicy and tasted like regular BBQ chops and the asparagus grilled perfectly and didn't burn like they can without the mat. I was surprised how flavorful they were and how juicy, not dried out at all. After I used the grill mat I washed it up and it looks as good as new. I love this set!
